Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation. Onscreen calculated prices do not include shipping & handling. Shipping & handling will be added to the total bill of sale according to the stated Shipping/Handling/Insurance guidelines. Orders within the Continental United States will be shipped via UPS within 5-7 business days. Most purchases are shipped from our Detroit warehouse. In the event of a delay, e-homehealth.com will notify you by phone. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Shipping may be upgraded for an added cost by calling toll free at 1-800-493-4902. All orders paid for by check or money order will be confirmed via phone by e-homehealth.com within 24-48 hours from online order. Due to the multiplicity of configurations, e-homehealth.com will call within 24-48 hours from online order to confirm size, color preference, etc. of scooters, wheelchairs, and lift chairs. All international orders will be confirmed by phone.

  • Cashier's check or money order:
    • Do not send currency.
  • Personal Check:
    • Your personal check must be imprinted and have current address information. If you have a P.O. Box address printed on your check, please write your street address on the check. Returned checks are subject to a service fee. For check payments, e-homehealth, Inc. will e-mail you with exact shipping and handling charges, to be added onto the total purchase price.

Delivery Information

  • Continental U.S.:
    • All orders shipped in the continental United States are shipped UPS Ground. For standard delivery, please allow 7 to 10 business days from the receipt and/or confirmation of order. For seasonal periods such as Easter, Halloween and Christmas, allow 7 to 14 business days.
  • Alaska and Hawaii:
    • For standard delivery, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. For express delivery, please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery.
  • International:
    • All international orders will be price quoted within 24-48 hours of on-line sale (by e-mail or telephone) for shipping/handling/insurance surcharge information.

Returns

  • Request for returns should be addressed to our Customer Service Department. Personal care items are not returnable.
